It is important to us that you know we have received your donation, and that we are deeply grateful for your support. We strive to maximize the dollars you give by being deliberate with the amount of mail we send.

Donation Acknowledgement Policy:

GIFTS BY MAIL OR VIA PHONE
Supporters who give by mail or over the phone receive “thank you” letters by mail or email on a monthly basis. Please allow for up to six weeks to receive your acknowledgement letter and receipt. In addition, recurring supporters receive an annual contributions receipt, summarizing their gifts for the calendar year. Donors that may have questions about receipts can contact our office by calling (505) 877-7060.

ONLINE CONTRIBUTIONS
Supporters who give through PB&J Family Services websites or platforms operated by the PB&J Family Services are sent a “thank you” message and IRS recognized receipt by email within 24 hours. In addition, all donors also receive an annual contribution receipt by mail that summarizes their gifts for the calendar year.
