It is important to us that you know we have received your donation, and that we are deeply grateful for your support. We strive to maximize the dollars you give by being deliberate with the amount of mail we send.
Donation Acknowledgement Policy:
GIFTS BY MAIL
Supporters who give by mail will receive a Thank you acknowledgment letter with IRS-required information by mail or email. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery. Recurring supporters will also receive an annual contributions receipt summarizing their gifts at the end of the calendar year.
ONLINE CONTRIBUTIONS
Supporters who donate through the PB&J Family Services website, QR code, or any PB&J Family Services–operated platform will receive an email acknowledgment receipt within 24 hours. A thank-you acknowledgment letter that includes IRS-required information will be sent within 30 days by email, or within six weeks if sent by mail.
